  7. Environmental Issues
Full considerations provide to clients to implement active environmental awareness and good practice. 'Green' issues are standard considerations at all stages, from event planning to show period, de-rig and after-event critiques. Examples of areas considered include (amongst others which may arise) air pollution, noise pollution, management of waste (including re-cycling systems), spillages, noise pollution and light pollution. We are also mindful of the need for careful use of all sources of energy and look for ways to keep this to a minimum. We encourage consideration of the effects of an event upon land and upon wildlife. Our planning system includes response systems for feed-back from clients and other parties, advice regarding causes and prevention of pollution, advice regarding emergency response systems in case of incidents and liaison with interested parties such as environmental health officers. In short, we help you to ensure that your contractors fully understand all of the above issues and to have staff sufficiently well trained to implement these requirements.
